Up, up and away ... having our head in the clouds now and then can be fun, but we all need that special bestie to keep our feet on the ground!

Today's illustration is a custom creation for a young lady and her faithful Irish Red Setter with big Paris dreams and bunches of balloons to go with them.  I've seen the Eiffel Tower from this vantage point ~ minus the balloons and the beautiful ballast!  My loss, I have to say.  And on that note ...
