Today's illustration sees us heading out for a breath of fresh air and scoring an unexpected ticklish tongue in our ear. Bonus! If we get our tushes into gear for an Easter egg hunt, we'll have to wake our dozing tiny tot to use the basket for the spoils. Methinks we shall relax here a while instead.

ReplyDeleteYou put me in mind of the new giraffe born today in New York. He hasn't been named yet, but his mother's name is April. And, this being the 21st century, it was live-streamed with a big ad on it. Still worth a look.

Aww, what a scrumptious little fellow !! I hadn't yet heard that news, Petrea ~ thank you. The first name that pops into my head is Gerry Giraffe which was my first boyfriend's nickname. At a titch over 6'4" he would only have a few inches in height over the newborn. Poor April ~ must be more than a tad uncomfortable giving birth to a giraffe. :) Hugs to you and Wilma, dear P. x0
