And locating wardrobe space sufficiently expansive to house them ? Where's my snifter of brandy !
We could be here a while assessing load-bearing walls. Then there's the perplexing choice of wall colour. Duck Egg Blue is always de rigueur but I hear Peacock Egg Blue is fluffing up a storm this season ~ not to mention sparking parental equality debates. Let's pull up a tufted ottoman with our little Frenchie friend before the smelling salts are required. And on that note ...

While the ruffles are lovely, somehow I don't think they'd do my silhouette any favors. (Today's Where's Waldo took me a second.)
ReplyDeleteRuffles are great for adding curves to those of a somewhat greyhound persuasion, dear Hiker. And obscuring tiny kitties.

True, dear Mary !! Snuffling around in ruffles and wardrobes is appealing to both felines and canines ~ and for kitties, even more so when the wardrobe door is closed. Thank you, indeed it has been a lovely weekend. :)
DeleteLest you think I have abandoned you of late, I promise I've been here but SO busy for le voyage qui commence ce soir (!). I would love to have had a reason to pack this delicious dress, but then there would have been no room left in the suitcase for other necessities (i.e., cute shoes) :~}.
